QA Engineer (4 Positions Open)
The QA Engineer participates in advanced product quality activities. Supports product/process changes to meet customer requirements on several prime contracts. Analyzes reports and returned products and recommends corrective action. Prepares documentation for inspection/testing procedures.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the electronic manufacturing industry
- Six Sigma Green projects and Lean events
- Familiar with standards/specifications/regulatory compliance, including government.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact and communicate
- Ability to read and interpret part-specific technical prints and drawings
- Solid experience with standard quality tools and documentation (SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plans, Six Sigma, Pareto Analysis, APQP, PPAP, ISO9001/IATF16949)
- Ability to translate customer quality requirements into executable plans
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Oracle Databases and their use is highly desirable

Quality Engineer for Metrology
The role of the SQE for Metrology is to generate, maintain, and at times execute command programs that drive the VME (video measurement equipment) for production in SCI Receiving Inspection. Along with producing these programs, this person maintains and updates existing programs to ensure that they’re current to the specification or drawing, and may be called upon to assist in Root Cause/Corrective Action activities with suppliers.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- BS degree in an Engineering discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an engineering discipline
- A deep knowledge of and experience using and programming CMM (Coordinate Measurement Machine) equipment is required
- VME (Video Measuring Equipment) experience is a plus.
- Candidate must have thorough understanding of blueprints and other mechanical drawings, and have the ability to read and understand the various symbols seen on those type drawings
- Candidate must have a working knowledge of GD&T and be able to translate complex tolerances into the work environment
- In addition to CMM experience, the candidate must have working experience and be proficient in the use of manually operated hand tools.
- Experience in machine shop and machine fabrication is preferred
- Experience in injection molding is also a plus
ICT Test Engineer
The ICT Test Engineer will be designing, developing and implementing cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment. Preparing test and diagnostic programs, designing test fixtures and equipment, and completing specifications and procedures for new products. The ICT Test Engineer also develops programs for the Takaya 9400 series Flying Probe system and works with technical team when issues are identified during in-circuit test.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or Computer Science
- 12+ years in-circuit test hardware development/maintenance
- 5+ years of ICT HP3070 test development and sustaining experience to include Boundary scan development experience
- 2+ years Flying Probe development experience preferably with the Takaya 9400 series
- DFT review experience
